TCS provides Laboratory Manager services for this $1.8 billion project reconstructing and widening approximately 16 miles of I-20 and I-820. Responsibilities include laboratory management, materials reviews, owner verification testing oversight, material non-validation investigations, quarterly report preparation, and QA test report review.
