What We Deliver
DARPA (Data Analysis and Reporting Program for Acceptance), a proprietary desktop application that streamlines statistical analysis for conventional and alternative delivery projects. Built with C#, .NET, Python, and WinUI 3, it provides a secure, intuitive dashboard and automates the full workflow-from data preparation and advanced statistical analysis (including PWL, F-Test, and t-Test) to client-ready report generation. By reducing manual effort and ensuring accuracy and compliance, DARPA enhances efficiency and supports consistent, high-quality project delivery.
The Digital Delivery Team has developed a suite of in-house applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies to streamline workflows across both operational and administrative processes. These solutions automate routine tasks, standardize data management, and enhance collaboration across teams by integrating with platforms such as SharePoint and Teams. By reducing manual effort and improving data visibility, the applications enable more efficient project delivery, better decision-making, and increased overall productivity.
