• Drive project-based accounting system implementation.
• Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.
• Oversee and perform payroll processing functions and coding.
• Manage subconsultant contracts and invoicing.
• Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function.
• Perform revenue and job cost analysis.
• Support senior leadership by forecasting and analyzing financial trends and recommending areas for improvement.
• Maintain accounting department files and records, including all financial transactions.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Required associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business field.
• 4-20 years applicable experience. Experience in AEC industry a plus.
• Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with project-based accounting software (Deltek Ajera) system preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Perform duties proactively and independently.
• Desire to grow as an integral part of management team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
